Hi bruno89,

Try www.ctnow.com. You are right in that there are not a lot of rental properties in North Haven. There are no guarantees that you're going to find any on that web site either.

Good luck...

Anyway, bruno89 I would suggest trying www.craigslist.com - it is a database which allows people to post things for sale, places for rent, jobs, etc. You can either look for an apartment in the area you want, or you can post a message saying that you are looking for an apartment in that area. Then you can just give your e-mail address and if someone sees it they can e-mail you back.

I would also suggest you contact the school you are coming to, they may be able to help you find housing, or set you up with a host family.

Hope that helped. Good Luck!

Hello Bruno, and welcome. North Haven is a nice town, but it's mostly people with families and single-family homes. There are not many rents for students. I would look at Branford or East Haven on the shoreline (they are not far from North Haven). These towns have more rents, condos and such, and there are more students like yourself residing there. Southern CT University, and the many other colleges in the area probably have postings for people looking for roommates and rents that are available. It's just a thought. Good luck!
