You can not walk around in disguise....if you are walking the streets with what is an intentional obscuring of your identity...then that will raise a red flag and bring curious cops out the wood work. If you are driving around with your invisibility cloak in the form of tint....do not be surprised if a cop looks your way and says to himself...."I wonder who is in there?" In the old days if we were cruising around with a boisterous and rowdy friend who has a big mouth...we called that person a "Heat Score".....and if we were going out for a cruise we would not take certain people who we knew were heat scores.........Tinted windows are a heat score- you don't need them.
