Just wanted to know if anyone has watched the new episodes yet. They are shooting somewhere in CT and catching sex offenders.

This is a cheepo, crowd funded show, not the Datleine version of To Catch a Preditor, which was cancelled after charges of entrapment with online vigilante tactics, the suicide of one of his prey, and his affair with a young staffer while still married (and living in Stamford with his family, where he was once a pillar of the community.)

Though it could be argued the cause was noble, I think such sensitive matters should remain in police hands, not blown up for Reality Television,

agreed - while it's a good cause, it's also something that should NOT be on TV and it should be handled law enforcement.

I agree myself, however, since it is on television... I can't help but watch.

They did just film an episode in Fairfield this past year but not sure if it was shown on TV.

I disagree. Round up as many sickos as possible. What is the alternative? Leave them lurking in the shadows to attack children. A lot of them have probably acted already in some capacity. These demented pervs are showing up with duct tape and alcohol in tow looking for 12 - 13 yos. They have even caught a doctor and high brow cpa. Entrapment...please. Lock 'em up. I understand that it is looks exploitive but they catch a dozen at once and it should be a reminder to parents that evil lurks in the safest of places. There was also British series called The Missing recently which handles both sides of the issue to some extent. It will also haunt you to hold onto your child's hand in crowds. With craziness of today's world, I'll take these reminders even if TV host is sort of slimy himself.
