There are also a couple of other neighbors a little closer to the Ridgefield border than are pretty similar to King Street. There's a large multiphase subdivision of homes built up off Miry Brook Lane off of Harwood Drive, but there's nothing for sale up there now. In the southwestern corner near Ridgefield, along Long Ridge Road, Brushy Hill, Starrs Plain area is very convenient and you can take quiet roads into Wilton but then pick up 7.
The Aunt Hack area is slightly older than King Street, but very similar and flows nicely into the King Street. Ridgebury Hills is also an often if you don't need a large lot.

Also, depending on budget, there are a couple neighborhoods with more modest homes well maintained homes are found in southwestern Danbury. They are off Old Lantern Road, Benson Drive/Old Ridgebury, off of Boulevard Drive/Ken Oaks, and slightly more than the for-mentioned area up off of Briar Ridge Road at the Danbury/Ridgefield border.

I would suggest just taking the train. Live near the Bethel station or the Danbury station and commute to Norwalk. Most schools and companies in the area have shuttle systems at Norwalk anyway!
