Wow. Yeah I saw snow falling down to 1000' today in central N.Y.

Today's max temps. Tomorrow another day of 50s then right to 70s & 80s. #No60s

2:30-6:30am Loop. The center of this big Upper Low is now over New Hampshire. Reports of snow underneath this thing from PA, NY into New England.. Once it moves out, we warm up.

Here's a look at the 5000' temps. That's what you call a "Pool Of Cold Air". Below freezing under the center of that ULL but between the clear night and the cool air digging down south as well............

Here's the surface results.. 30s and 40s down south.. Windy and 40s for us.

So kinda funny. Today 50s. Tomorrow 70s then 80s.
Is it so hard to be 60s and sunny this yr??

After this heat we cool down to seasonable levels.

Then mid month the heat comes back. Here comes summer?

You have to admit... it's pretty darn gorgeous! Love these features.

7-11am loop. We're getting one last shot at the precip from this Upper Low. Remember the precip came from the south 2 days ago. Now its from the north because its pulling away.

The outer bands will soon be over us as this thing pulls off the coast of Maine.

What a spin! Snowing in the Catskills and I'm willing to bet over some neighborhoods in Litchfield County.

With temps on. 11am and in the 40s. Chilly day!

Spoiler

Are those 30s down south records for the date?

Almost 1pm and only 40s here. No further comment.

Except that I guess I'll be lighting the stove later again

Pretty sure at least close if not broken.

Raleigh record is 33. They dropped to 36
Knoxville record is 35. They dropped to 37

Most of those 30s in the south are bit higher in elevation
