Any idea the timing of storm. Think can do errands on the morning without being drenched.

Showers in the morning. Heaviest rains and winds comes after sunset Sunday. This isn't a blizzard guys. No need to stay home. lol

5:50pmEST temps and radar.

I'll take my 60s and sun for today. Already down to 56° at 6pm. Now 'thats' fall! Not 70s at 7pm lol

Here comes the front for Sunday. Polar air behind it. Snowstorm possible for Virginia mountains with tropical moisture coming up. Sandy's sister?

Sandy wasn't a blizzard either, but it would have been a disaster to be on the roads during peak winds (5-6pm if I recall 10/29/12). Could we see a similar dynamic if the pressure bombs out?

This isnt a hurricane guys. No need to stay home.

Im not buying winds strong enough to cause havoc.

Rain? Big friggin deal. 1-5".
Wind? Yeah, we'll see.

Max wind gusts in the 30s?? I think the "max" may be higher. But still, I'm not seeing 50-80mph which would concern me more.

This is just another typically fall storm for us.
