Try researching case law to prove me wrong and link to it.
I've also heard of people willingly resigning from a job, and being able to collect. Crazy stuff.

Im not sure what the issue is here, all im asking is an opinion, it wasnt my fault that the new employer decided to change the start date after i already worked my 2 weeks and resigned. If you are not the one paying uneployment then why are you so upset over my situation? Again, i did everything i was supposed to do i didnt just quit because i felt like it if that was the case then i wouldve never filed for unemployment. But i did because now im without a job which wasnt my fault to begin with.
