I think I will just take a pic of the sign then & not eat the pizza.
I haven't eaten mystic pizza in years so I can't give you a great description. My family used to keep our boats in Noank so we were in Mystic most weekends for years until we moved the boats to the CT and Thames rivers. Our favorite spot to grab a pizza in Mystic is Angies.

I like Ford's or Abotts for lobster. If you want some reasonable priced take out seaswirl is a kids favorite.

If your in New London I like Scotts lobster dock.

Oyster Club and the Treehouse are awesome. Daniel Packer Inne is super old and charming with pretty decent food. Abbott’s is a terrible and overpriced tourist trap, but the view is hard to beat. Worst lobster rolls in CT though.

Really like Milagro in Stomington too.

Bad doughy greek style, terrible sauce. I remember barely getting through half a slice and we boxed up the rest and threw it out at home later. Just perused yelp comments on it for sh&ts and giggles, some of the positive reviews are so obviously fake and planted, or are from midwest, etc tourists who don't know any better.
There was another pizza joint there that was really good, near the drawbridge and had outdoor patio seating.

I have had great lobster and lobster rolls at Abbotts. It is pricey but it is not that much more than other places and we are willing to pay a bit more because it has an awesome view. Jay

Rule of thumb for CT - if the place is on the water and has terrific views - the food stinks

Couple exceptions: Dive Bar in West Haven, Shell & Bones (I know you don't like that one though), Lobster Pound, Lobster Landing, Dog Watch Cafe. Pearl at Longshore in Westport is OK, as is the Madison Beach Hotel.

Not really. We go to a little place on the Connecticut River in Rocky Hill called Shad Roe and the food is excellent. Lenny & Joe's now has a place on New Haven Harbor and the food is very good. You just have to know where to look. Jay

Maybe we'll give Shell and Bones another shot one day. Yes Pearl too but its just an italian restaurant.

Pizzetta is the name of the good pizza joint in mystic OP guy
