On realtor.com under the condo section only 1 condo shows up in Canton, unless the other 4 are some sort of exclusive listings or the website is late updating the info.

FYI - if you are still out there...only one member of the household has to be 55 or older to live in this development. Some of these homes are very large and I know of families there who are younger but have a mother or father living with them in a separate area (like and in-law) of the home.

Hi what is the monthly association fee for Oxbow Ridge, the free standing units please? Also are roofs and siding replacement covered under the fees? Thank You. John
