Let's see...if things go right my HOPE (notice HOPE is just that, wishful thinking).

I would like to join a small-ish civil construction company in CT (focused on east side of the river), help build that company from a small-ish to medium company. 30-35 people doing $15-20M a year steady. I would like to focus mainly on a CT company because I know the area, know the landscape and follow the Warren Buffet Philosophy... "buy when people sell, sell when people buy."

Those are my HOPES.

More reality is that I'll be half in CT and half in VT working.

Eat.healthier - lose about 20 pounds
Exercise more - maybe get back into jogging
Complete financial preparations for retirement so that by the end of the year, I can stop working at the time of my choosing from early 2019 forward
