The 101st Annual Durham Fair is this weekend. It’s a really great agricultural fair. Jay

It’s one of the better ones. We’ve always done Bridgewater too but I still think Durham is better.

Did not know we still had some. Went to good ones in Tn. Glad to see Durham has one. They are usually fun events.

There are quite a few agricultural fairs in the more rural parts of the state. There’s been at least one every weekend since late August and there are still more to come during the next few weeks.

Seems small but quaint. Haven’t been but would like to.

That time of the year... I went to Silvermans in Easton and they said they weren't doing apple picking due to the drought. So they lost my business. Went to Blue jay Orchards in Bethel.

Great Apples. Empire, Mcintosh, Gala, Jona Gold all ready to be picked

Awesome market

The Zucchini Loaf is unbelievable!

6 pounds of apples, the bag was $12

How does Durham compare to Goshen?

Beardsley's in Shelton is another good alt to Silverman's.
