I am thinking of moving to Shelton, does anyone know if there are any plans for the industrial area along the water at this time? Thanks for any help.

They have been "planning" for a while, not sure if much progress has been made. I work in the environmental business, and lets just say there are some serious issues with a few places along the river there that is out of the town's hands.

Not sure, but like Mels stated, there would be some issues

Outside of that, not a bad town at all. It offers a lot more than some of the surrounding towns
