Thank you all for the advises. Yes, I totally understand it is great risk for whole of my family. That is why I was totally confused.

I think God is with me, today only a New Jersey company confirmed me for an opportunity, hoping to get offer by Monday. though salary is bit less compare to Connecticut one I feel this should be the right thing for me at this stage of life.

good luck to you. I was going to suggest that you live close to one job (CT or NJ) and the other parent get a small apartment near the other job until you both find jobs in one location or the other. That way, at least one parent is close to your child and you can see each other on weekends.

Glad that you have something brewing in NJ, otherwise taking the Hartford job while your husband still works in Northeast Jersey made no sense. Being in the middle of both of those jobs puts you around Brewster, NY or Danbury, CT...and even then you're both gonna have crazy commutes. Either try to find a job closer to where your husband works, or he would have to find something in Central CT if you want the Hartford job.
