Why post 50k when other charges are looming? We already know he owes millions to his in-laws, another investor, etc so posting 50k to be free for a few days just to go right back to jail on murder charges is a lot of dough. Same for Michelle - not sure why she posted 50k when she's going right back in.

Right. That’s why I think his attorney advised him to stay put. He’s got one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the state.

Gonna guess that they are trying to get her to cooperate, so she will likely not go back in if she does.

Looks like the 85 year mother of Dulos filed for custody of the children in Stamford yesterday. Good move.

That's good to hear. Hope the court doesn't hold her age against her. Let's also hope there are other family members on the mother's side who can step in as custodians at some point.

The kids all look to be close in age. Anyone know if they were quintuplets?

Surveillance shows that the husband's girlfriend, who looks like a drug addict, was along for the ride when he dumped his clean-up materials (and presumably she was along for the murder). You gotta wonder about women who go along with a guy who will kill another woman. What do they think their own long term chances are if/when the relationship goes south? Do such women think as long as he doesn't kill me and I get to share in the financial upside this guy is okay? Unbelievable. Both of them deserve something worse than even the law will allow.

I believe the kids are two sets of twins and then another child. The girlfriend is a mother herself and also appears to come from money. So many lives destroyed by a greedy and selfish man, and a judicial system that failed to protect yet another woman. It's absolutely heartbreaking.

I was surprised the police were still handing out missing person flyers at Waveny over the weekend- seems unfortunately pretty clear she was killed. The Daily Mail is also running with a whole side story about the death of Fotis Dulos's mother under suspicious circumstances.

This case gets stranger every day. Yesterday with the mannequin in the lake, and now the nanny killing his mother 9 yrs ago. No one in their right mind would continue to employ a person that killed your mother even it was by accident.

I am not sure that is true. The police were at the trash plant because some of the dumpsters in the Albany Avenue area had already been emptied and taken to the facility for processing. I don’t think she has said anything, otherwise there would be murder charges filed. Jay
