Big winds in NJ. Coming here?

All those arrows are trees down in the past hour. Western Long Island seeing some decent gusts right now. All calm here.

LOTS of rain falling. Moving South to North

It's interesting how the front is oriented SSE-NNW... They're usually SW to NE

As I sit on my porch during these quarantined, lockdown, stay at home, Coronarona virus pandemic I cant help to keep ranting about how unenjoyable of a time its been with the cold and the clouds. Grateful it didn't happen in Summer or Winter though. I go back inside to relight my wood stove for heat and I decide to check on a forecast.......

To my surprise......... Warmest day since March 9th coming to Hartford?

Not surprised. I was thinking about this yesterday. Normally I’m already wearing shorts and tee shirts by now. I just started wearing short sleeve shirts and it’s too cool for shorts. Jay
