Thanks Cam - so basically advisory level amounts for 95% of the state’s population?

Current map. Large chunk of heavy precip off the coast ready to slam into NJ and NYC soon. Oh boy.

Meanwhile, all quiet over CT other than scattered light precip. .... for now?

See the darker blue snowflake icon? That's Caldwell and Morristown reporting "snow" as opposed to light snow with the other stations. Purple is what I'm looking for.. (heavy snow)

Current Winds at 10,000 feet. Can you tell where the center is? Mid and Upper Lows are now about to exit the coast. Just had a wind gust here... Sounds like something brewing?

Purple band is now over midtown Manhattan but the snow isn’t really coming down hard. Not sticking either. Odd.

2:45pm Map. NYC reporting "Snow" with 1/2 mile visibility but I'm guessing not enough "yet" to stick.. Just started there I think.. Teterboro, Caldwell, Morristown reporting snow as well. JFK Light snow.

Seeing reports of 1-4" that has fallen in NJ. The "purple" color needs to be consistent, not just a pop up. Still early..

Watching that wave over the sound and the one in Milford and Orange

It looks like it's only going to be noteworthy for a very small area, mostly northern NJ and maybe NYC. But for much of CT yeah. B word
