I think it's very odd that Niche penalizes towns in their ratings that don't have enough "diversity."

and that's the way CT not only prefers it but demands it. "We stay over here, you stay over there, if you step over the line, you leave by sundown".

Easton is not on there but all of the surrounding towns are. I have heard that quality is declining there. They are struggling to place very experienced teachers and instead can only hire teachers that are too green.

I have not heard of Easton/Redding declining. In fact, I believe that district to have excellent education. Easton/Redding residents would not stand for subpar or declining education.
