Anyone know about the impact of the O&G asphalt plant and quarry on the border between Woodbury and Southbury on neighboring homes? Is there a alot of noise, smell, or drifting sand? We were thinking of moving about 1/2 mile away but can't get there right now because of the virus.

Noise from that quarry itself should be a non issue. If you are sensitive to truck noise, you should be fine as long as the house is not right next to route 67. The trucks do tend to stay on the main roads.
