Maybe we could better honor the first responders and medical personnel by providing them with the personal protective gear they need.

This is great if you’re a jingoistic ignoramus.

A wonderful and patriotic gesture from one sect of first-responders to another.

Thank you for posting.

Unfortunately, the spectacle of the flyover led to massive crowds on the waterfronts of NYC and NJ - no physical distancing observed, it would have been like trying to observe physical distancing in Times Square on New Year's Eve. This will of course lead to a spike in the virus, and more hospitalizations, and more infections and deaths in healthcare workers. But what the heck, it's a patriotic salute to the healthcare workers!

Why not both sufficient PPE & a flyover?

Excellent, and Amen too.

As a jignoistic ignoramus resident of a nation hardest hit by this crisis through no fault of it's own, not one single resident is to blame, I say hell yeah.

Besides, it's not like the Blue Angels are real busy these days.

Nice to have both if we can afford it though....

Lots of photos in NYC and Philly of people crowding and not social distancing (sans mask) to see them.....
