Cat artist thank you for those listings. I already inquired about a Stanford condo in your list. Did you find this on Coldwell Banker or on Zillow initially? I never see this type of listing. Thanks. Just want to know how to find these.

I went to "coldwellbankerhomes" and put in a rent search with the highest amount at $2000. Then in my second post I looked at "craigslist".

Now I looked at "apartments(dot)com"

This is a great new building in Stamford but you could only afford a studio and none are available right now.

This is an older building in Stamford that I might have put up already. This is in a safe area close to downtown.

Canterbury Green is in Stamford in a good location. It was always a safe location but I have not walked near here in years. They only have a studio right now. This is an older building also.

I never heard of "Arrive" in Stamford. This might be an older apartment building that has been redone in a safe area.

This is an older building in a safe area. I might have put this in a previous post. Or it might be a different building. In some areas there are a few building on the same street so I can't remember.

Here is one in Glenbrook. I am not quite sure about this location now for you as a 65yo woman. Further up in Glenbrook is very good. This might be OK too. This has to be a new building as I don't remember it. That is probably is what is throwing me off. The building looks very nice.

This is in Harbor Point in the south end of Stamford. It would have been area I would not recommend in the past but as more new apartment buildings are going in it is quite a wonderful community down near the water. There are people moving down to Harbor Point from the wealthy surrounding communities like New Canaan and Darien....maybe Greenwich too.

Greyrock place is near the mall but I don't really know this exact location as I have not walked near this location in years. I could be really good but I am not sure. It is near the Canterbury Green Apartments so it should be OK.

This is just Stamford. I will do Norwalk tomorrow.

All I found something in Greenwich. It’s small but pet friendly and close to work. So I’m ok with it for now. Thanks for everyone’s help.

You are now one of the luckiest people in Fairfield County. You get to live in the town where your job is.

yes. I have worked for this company before and commuted for almost an hour. I was not going to repeat that mistake. It is small. But I had also decided I would sacrifice space to live in a better location—close to work and good shopping etc. Metro north is right there as well. Lots of conveniences but a small space. It should be doable. It’s about 650 sq feet. Includes parking. it’s cute. Also with a dog I don’t want to prolong my workday. not fair to him.
