This is why I don’t cite anything from Patch. It’s garbage. I did a double take on Milford being listed lower than Clinton as Clinton schools have always underperformed Milford. The Niche site ranks Milford (rated A-) at 46 and Clinton (rated B) at 70.

It didn't sound like a complaint at all. It is a red flag if a seemingly comparable town is significantly cheaper. If I were scouting the area for relocation, I'd ask the same thing. Clearly
something is keeping the prices down in the town, so what is it? Inferior schools? Toxic waste dump? Out of control taxes?
