Please help me! I will be starting a job in Wilton, CT in September. Originally I was thinking about living in Stamford because of the city-like aspects... but it seems like Norwalk might be cheaper and a lot closer to my office. Is the traffic going to/from Stamford a lot to handle during rush hour? Am I better off living in Norwalk? I am looking for either a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms with a price tag of no more than $1200/month (per person). I have been reading the Stamford apartment complex reviews online, and it seems like nobody is satisfied with anything!

Well, the commute between Norwalk/Stamford during rush hour is abysmal at best. It can be at a complete stand-still at times and is not recommended at all.
As for Stamford's apartment prices, they are expensive. Norwalk will be somewhat less expensive, and depending on what you are looking for neighborhood-wise, Norwalk might be just as good of a fit as Stamford. Check out craigslist for Norwalk apts vs Stamford apts.
