resale homes in cobblestone court are more expensive than the new ones at toll brothers or pulte..

Do you know if there is access to it? I can't remember any sidewalks which is why I'm questioning how connected it is to the rest of that area?

Yes, there is a driveway and sidewalks out to Back Lane. The developer had to get special permission from Wethersfield since the project is in Newington and Back Lane is Wethersfield. There are sidewalks along Back Lane plus along most of the streets off of it. They are some very nice neighborhoods to walk around. Jay

good to know. My realtor actually lives right off back lane and we have been to her home a few times - very nice area over there. thanks for the info

Check out Farmington... There are some nice new condo's in that same price range and the schools are better.
