Does anyone know anything about these condos? Is the location in Bridgeport desirable?

If you're looking for a waterfront type community in Bridgeport, i would stick to the Black Rock section.

This complex is located on Seaview Avenue in the East End. This is not the best area. It is primarily a mixed area of industrial and low-income residential. I would be cautious here. There is not much in the area, you would have to drive a distance for everything and you are not far from problem neighborhoods. Jay

Have you checked out the SeaSpray condominium community in Niantic?
This development company has many other complexes in very nice areas with plenty to do There is also Spinnaker Condo Complex in East Lyme, a beautiful area.

SeaSpray is nice but the OP is looking in Bridgeport and Niantic is not near there. Jay
