Hi everyone,

My husband and I heard that rental rates have gone down in the West Hartford and Farmington areas, as well as Bloomfield. Has anyone seen evidence of this?

Lisa.

Well...this isn't specific to the three towns you mentioned..but my lease is almost up in Manchester, and they're actually offering renewals without a rent increase--which is completely unheard of. Not gonna stay, though..as this place has really not met my expectations. There seems to be a ton of West Hartford rentals on Craigslist.

Default More evidence of lower rental rates

Thanks Pulp Fiction,

Yes our rental company has also released new leases with the same rent as last year. We too, are moving because we think we can find a cheaper place in West Hartford with the same amenities.

Default Just a poll to see how many people are being offered lease renewals at the same rates

Hi Everyone,

My rental rate is staying the same in Hartford. Pulp Fiction's is staying the same in Manchester. Any other renters being offered same rate renewals?

Thanks

Lisa.
