We have two small children, so we want a nice size home for not more than $450K. Great areas and amenities...with plenty of room. We don't want to be on top of our neighbors!!

There are a lot of options. It just depends what type of town you want. Check Oxford, Middlebury and Southbury. Also Woodbury and Watertown. All are near Naugatuck and you should be able to get a nice house for $450k there. Good luck, Jay

WOW you'll get a lot of house in Naugatuck for 450k but not sure you'll like living there as much as the other areas mentioned above.
