Hi All, first time and long time .. I love this sites. a lot of valuable information.

Need all your adivse . I am going to buy a house on Stamford (Glenbrook) area near (located at Quintard Ter) .. I am not sure if this is consider an ok area? The elementary school is newsfield. anyone know is newsfield a good school? thanks for all your comment ..

Glenbrook is nice but Quintard Terrace is more on the East Side. There is a low-income public housing project on that street, that I'm sure comes along with the problems attendant to those places. The street is really not that desirable, but Newfield is a good school.

Newfield is arguably the best school, but i'm wondering if that is actually the correct school. Newfield is a considerable distance away from Quintard Terrace.

I grew up in Stamford, and Glenbrook is an excellent community. You can't go wrong in Glenbrook, Springdale, Belltown or Turn of River. North Stamford is very pricey, and the South end is going through a major change. Hope this helps.
