We are looking at a property in East Norwalk off Strawberry Hill Ave just north of I-95. It seems more south there tends to be more multi-family homes and an industrial area. Slightly north more upscale single family homes. This area appears to be more central.

The question is how is the area Strawberry Hill Ave and Dairy Farm Rd? With a 13 month old and another on the way, want a safe area for kids playing outside. How is crime in that area?

Strawberry Hill also seemed like a busier road. Would we expect to hold real estate value in that area?

I am not familiar with Dairy Farms but generally, the Strawberry Hill area is fine. You shouldn't have any problems.
