Does anyone know anything about the quality of the area or the quality of the new Avalon apartments that just opened up in Norwalk?

I'm going to be relocating to this area in about a month for work in Greenwich, planning on a mix of driving & taking the MTA to work. Does anyone know if there are any shuttles available from this area to the East Norwalk train station?

Thanks!

This property is steps away from Norwalk's "Wheels Hub" where all the buses come together, so you can take buses that go to both South Norwalk and East Norwalk RR Stations. The SoNo route is more frequent at every 20 minutes at peak. I'm surprised Avalon is not advertising that they run their own shuttle.
