JayCt..

As a realtor in Cheshire area, can you recommend 3 Ct Licensed Home Inspectors and 3 Licensed Termite Inspectors...Prefer to use 2 separate professionals...

Contemplating purchase of condo for rental property in Farmington...Farmington Woods complex to be exact...Woodsy feel to it...
Want a good thorough termite inspection!!!!!!

As a realtor, what is your opinion on having environmental mold testing done? Reliability? Do you think its worth the extra bucks? If so, know any reputable envirnomental testing company in Ct that would service the Farmington Valley?

Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THANKS VERY MUCH! ANYONE ELSE WITH SOLID RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LICENSED CT HOME INSPECTORS/LICENSED TERMITE INSPECTORS/ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING COMPANIES FOR MOLD PLEASE CHIME IN!!!!!!!!!
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

I am not a realtor and I am not in the Cheshire area. I am also sorry to say that I do not have any recommendations for you. Maybe someone else here will. Jay

An agent wouldn't be allowed to recommend anyone. You could be "given a list of inspectors to choose from" however :-)

Cornerstone Home Inspection - Fairfield, Connecticut

This inspector came highly recommended when I bought my place, and he was excellent.

What's wrong with the list your realtor provided? They can't tell you what one to choose but they can certainly let you know which ones they are familiar with.
