I just wanted to thank everyone for their feedback. We ended up purchasing a home in Trumbull and moved in this past September. The commute is great, approximately 35 minutes from Trumbull to Greenwich. We love the area and the schools are fantastc. What a great city!

Tecno- Thanks for updating this thread. I always wonder what happens to people after all the advice settles in. I have seen some great properties in Trumbull and my inlaws live in Stratford, another affordable area. Good to know it all worked out well for you!

Thanks for the update. I am glad to hear that you love Trumbull so much. It is a great town and the schools are very good. It is interesting to hear that your commute is so reasonable. You must be traveling at off peak hours. Thanks again, Jay
