Basically, they need to make money to function. Kill their income and they cease to exist. How? Taking a little work but it is working. They make money by credit cards. Kill the card use and they are done. I have contacted American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Asked them if they supported Pirating, illegal drug cartels, and terrorists? Shocked reply was of course not. I said I though not and filed a complain that their merchant 'US Pharmacy' is supporting all 3 of these. Selling drugs from overseas drug companies under names such as Viagra, Cialis, etc. is a violation of trademark names, hence Piracy. Drugs are not made here in the U.S. therefore are not controlled by FDA standards. Who knows how many shortcuts they take and what risks are being exploited to American citizens. They are Telemarketing Terrorists to say the least. They threaten me that if I don't make a purchase, they will continue to harass me. Everyone reading this probably knows what asses they can be. And forget abiding by our laws. Means nothing to them. Therefor, the credit card merchant departments have started investigations and it they care for our rights and safety, the merchants will cut them off. I have seen MasterCard has already ceased doing business with them.

File a complaint with the Merchants department on all credit cards that they do business. Action will happen.

Side note. One card agent took my advice to google us pharmacy and she did so while I was talking with her. Her comment was 'Oh my, I can't believe there are all these complaints'. That was Visa. They are following up and will let me know the results.

I own a small business and get elderly people calling me all the time (3 or 4 a day) saying they got this number from their pharmacist for a USA Pharmacy or US Med. They repeat the number back and it is my 800 number.

Your number has been hijacked by the scammers. I suspect your only alternative is a new number, though that is a big pain in the neck.

I made the mistake of buying their "generic" Viagra about 5 years ago. It didn't work, so I after trying it about 10 times I stopped taking it. About a year later they called me and told me the found out the stuff they sold me was fake and to stop taking it. Then they said because they messed up they would sell me the real Viagra for one dollar a pill (120.00) for 120 pills. That sounded good, so I bought them too. They too didn't work. I checked them out and found out there isn't anybody making generic Viagra and that it is basically poison, made from paint and drywall. These bastards have been calling me for years about 4-8 times a day 6 days a week including holidays. I have done everything telling them to stop and they still keep calling. They use many different numbers and if you try calling the number back it is a non working number. DONT do business with these jerks. They should be in jail.

They will continue to call, as long as they believe you might be interested in their product.

Last time someone called me trying to sell me car insurance, I told them that the Judge won't let me drive anymore, since I killed all those kids in a DUI accident. They did not call the bluff, and they have never called back.

Last time someone called trying to sell me a cruise to the Bahamas, I told them that my wife and I had always wanted to go on a cruise, and that we had just saved up the money. However, she was killed last week in a car accident, and the money we saved had to be used for her funeral and burial. They did not call the bluff, and they have never called back.

Next time they call, tell them that you have had a sex change, or that you have undergone a court ordered castration. They may loose interest at that point.

US Pharmacy calls my cell phone on a daily basis. Can't make them stop, most calls come from numbers not in service. I've yelled and cursed at them...nothing works.

The only thing that works for me is to stop answering the phone unless I recognize the name or number on the caller ID.

Tell them that the Judge and your probation officer have prohibited you from possessing any prescription drugs, after that narcotics trafficking conviction that was handed down last year. Of course, I have no reason to believe that you have committed such a crime, but US Pharmacy does not know that. Once you have convinced them that you are not a viable customer, they may take you off their list.
