Not much anyone can do. FTC/Do not call Registry has no effect outside of the 50 states, and maybe some territories.

VOIP got the phone pirates around that!

One more thing...

Oh sweet relief!

Call on Skype 888-860-6650, tie up their lines and give them hell. Also try 888-680-7450 or if you are really pissed +97 84 24 960 260

Oh this works and boy does it feel good to return the harassment they have dished out for oh so many months...

BTW, they being from India, they hate being misidentified as Pakistani's...truly get's under their skin.

Problem is the FTC and Do-Not-Call have jursidiction only within the US, and perhaps some of its territories. Which does not include India or wherever else these VOIP-made-to-look-domestic calla are coming from.

This is indeed the crux of the problem. Ever since it became possible to make an oversees cal for free, the telemarketers have had free reign.

Try "Safest Call Blocker" Android app.
In the setting you can choose to block ALL calls that are not a phone contact.
I haven't received any calls from them since doing so.
Hopefully they make an app for ios.

This company is intolerable. The only way to stop this is for no one to use them. They are desperate, which should raise your antennae about your need to use them (Pharma and the FDA not withstanding).

They endanger the people that do need to call me (residents, referring physicians, patients amongst others).

As a Board certified physician, parent of a disabled adult child, and Chair of a Department please do not get involved with these people.

Want to know what I did? My 4 year old son, who has the highest pitched scream you can possibly imagine, did my work for me. I got a call from an unlisted number, which I knew was this "company". I said to my son "do you want to scream as loud as you can"? as I answered the phone. Consequentially the dude from US pharmacy got a 112 dB scream right into his ear. Yep, fun times.
