Get help from Comcast

Then go to the website and the click "Contact us". It willl take you to a screen where you can type to a rep instead of talking ot one.

My experience with Comcast is more often than not the person that answers speaks native English and those that aren't certainly speak it well.

Do you think...

You're the only person who has ever called for help and didn't get it immediately?

That Comcast only has one service rep?

That this is not a common issue with all major service companies?

I tried that and I still was getting the same foreign speaking customer service rep who knew nothing. So I gave up because I was tired of screaming and causing my blood pressure to rise.

Screaming at someone on the phone trying to assist you? Sounds like there may be other issues.
