Some people didn't know I already called 1-800-Comcast and didn't accomplish because i can't understand what the customer rep is saying due to being overseas
It's a foreign speaking customer rep who doesn't speak clear english and doesn't know anything. So you must be calling another number besides 1-800-Comcast
My experience with Comcast is more often than not the person that answers speaks native English and those that aren't certainly speak it well.

Do you think...
You're the only person who has ever called for help and didn't get it immediately?
That Comcast only has one service rep?
That this is not a common issue with all major service companies?
CALL THEM BACK UNTIL YOU GET A REP YOU CAN WORK WITH.

I tried that and I still was getting the same foreign speaking customer service rep who knew nothing. So I gave up because I was tired of screaming and causing my blood pressure to rise.

Screaming at someone on the phone trying to assist you? Sounds like there may be other issues.
