I have these earphones that came with my PSP that I bought years ago. They're really high quality, but they're starting to act up and I or they have to be in a certain position to be at their best. I borrowed my sister's Apple earphones and they weren't on the same level, not even the Sony MDR-ZX100 Headphones.

Maybe I'm being too picky, but I really want them to be high quality and not too expensive maybe 100-150$ max. Anyone who's used the PSP earphones, do you know what I'm talking about? What are some good quality earphones/headphones that aren't too expensive?

I have a pair of Klipsch that are great for the money. Unfortunately, the wires are thin (like most headphones) and they are beginning to fray after about a year and a half. I paid about $70 for my pair.

Beats by Dr Dre are as expensive and better than Bose. A coworker has a set of wireless ones that he likes. The earbud ones are great, but the studios are "too loud".

I like the Bose set with the special ear plugs in 'em. About $150. There's a microphone and remote controls, so you can use them as a hands free telephone device.
