Does anyone know? A friend gives you a used Nook - or a Kindle for that matter. It is, of course, registered in the friend's name and under his/her account. You cannot download books onto it if it isn't in your name, I think. So, does B&N let you transfer ownership? If so, do they charge a fee to do it?
