I'd like to purchase an IPad for my husband. His current IPad is about 8 years old.
He uses it for email and surfing the internet. He doesn't use it for any games. He occasionally looks at youtube and other videos, maybe watches football.
Can someone recommend something?
thanks-

If you're a Costco member you can usually get it slightly cheaper there. I think $10 less and if for some reason he doesn't like it the return process is simple.

You can get half of what you're looking for with the 2019 iPad Pro.

iOS provides access to the filesystem now. This changed with iOS 12. You can access files from external devices and put them onto the iPad. I've never tried moving media files this way, but it may work.
