Yamaha YPG-235 piano - how to shut off the drum beat (screen, recording)

I'm trying to record for the first time on my Yamaha YPG-235, and every time I start to record, the drum rhythm accompaniment comes on. I think I have pressed every button on the thing (but possibly not) and can't get it to stop.

Surely there is some way to record my playing without the rhythm accompaniment. Tried to call the place that sold me the piano, in NYC, but it seems they are closed today.

Any help from users would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Markjames68, thanks for sending that info. I have that manual (but it showed much bigger on the screen when you sent it so it was easier reading than on my book). It's obviously something to do with one of the accompaniment buttons, and I actually managed to do a recording without the darned drums last night but am not sure of the setup sequence since I was pushing so many buttons in desperation. I probably won't be able to duplicate it today. Will keep trying tho.
