I am renting a 10 year old travel trailer (30 amp) which is parked in a privately owned RV park. There are electrical issues but the landlord wants my money, not to make repairs. He installed an outdoor surge protector on the power pole (each site has one) and today I checked it because my phone and device chargers get really hot very quickly. I only use 1 at a time. I'm looking for a reason why and here's what the protector said:

2 columns

120
Off, not lit
Power on both green
Open neutral green
Open ground not lit
Reverse polarity red
Reverse ground. red

30 amp
Off, not lit
Open neutral not lit
Open ground on
Reverse polarity on
Reverse ground not lit

Surge protector light not lit
Overheat when on not lit
Open circuit both sides not lit

Time to worry? When I tell the landlord that the trailer needs to be leveled (bathroom door won't close, etc) he tells me it's an optical illusion. He simply does not care.

Time to move, he is obviously not interested in customer service.
