We ordered what we thought were 4th generation Eneloop rechargeable batteries made by Panasonic.
The package looks like the first generation. The package is the same and the batteries are white. We thought from the photo that they would be gray. So we have no way to know if the seller sent the correct batteries. Anyone use these? Thanks.

Above the photo they have this:
1st generation eneloops (HR-3UTG)
2nd generation eneloops have a crown image next to the + symobl (HR-3UTGA)
3rd generation eneloops have metallic letters, and a Line underneath the Crown image (HR-3UTGB)
4th generation (Panasonic eneloop)

But what they say is generation 4 does not mention HR6 ike it does for the first three. Our HR6 do not have Panasonic enelopp on them as above in red.

Ours are maybe 3 years old. If ours are generation 4 I'm surprised since as i look around for more to buy I just noticed the mention of generation 4. So I'm not sure which generation we have.

If we go with ours being generation 4 because of the HR6 then that contradicts theire list that says generation 4 are marked Panasonic eneloop. Ours are not marked that way.

Here is the latest Eneloop batteries and I can not find them for sale on Ali-press, Amazon or Ebay.

A review of all their batteries with photos and numbers point to this one as the latest ones if we can find them sold somewhere.

The latest ones are labled Panasonic with eneloop underneath.
