Can anyone please help. Everything was working fine one second, then no button on my Roku remote works anymore...not even the Power button. Anyonr know what to do in the meantime while I contact Roku?

I'm tired & just wanted to relax watching some TV.

I'm disliking streaming more & more!

you can get the Roku app or a universal remote.

For diagnosing, most video cameras will pick up the IR from remotes so you could use that to see if the remote is transmitting vs the Roku not responding.

I personally hate the remote. It is very right-handed and I am not.
