I have Sony wega 2008 it turned on fine yesterday n now all that happens is it clicks like its turning on n then the light blinks slowly for 9 times n it clicks like its turning off it jus wont fully turn on how do I fix this crap please it has done it before but never this long I love my tv and I'm broke n cant fix it plz help I have my four kids so lord knows I need it!!!
I too, have a Sony Trin. & the exact same thing is happening w/mine➡️I turn it on & nothing happens except for a series of 7 blinking standby lights=So Frustrating😤 This started 2wk's. ago & I Thought nothing of it, because I'd hit it again & it'd come right on. I actually thought it was something I was doing, but the past cpl. Of days, it's hasn't budged, so out of sheer frustration, I went online & put in, Sont Trin. T.V. Trouble Shooting & found this site. From what I've read, it's pretty much a lost cause, unless I want to $pay to have it fixed & since the T.V. was given to me..."NOPE" So, if there's ANYONE out there that could give me an idea, where, on the T.V. I would have get to, to Atleast TRY & tinker w/it<In Hopes of Fixing It> That would be so, so much appreciated‼️
I mean, it's already on its last leg, from what I understand~So, what's the worst that can happen, right❓Lol*.

I have a Sony Vega kdf 55wf655 lcd projection tv. It goes on and after about 2 min. turn off..then goes on again and then turns off. It keeps cycling like this. Can it be fixed?
If people are still having shutdown issues I know how to fix them. I'll credit a site without posting it in plain text. Stephanie helped me and many others with a very inexpensive way to safely restore video to a rear projection tv.
