my sister wants an electronic photo frame to use in her room--she teaches--she wants to use a USB port and show photos of her class and photos they have taken...
pricing the electronic frames with a larger screen--they are close to 200--and it is hard to tell exactly how large the viewing screen is--some of them have large exterior wood frame and then border--
have not been to the stores directly...
anyway--our flat screen tvs at home has USB ports--
not all smaller screens-- like a 20in one--have USB ports
can anyone recommend a good quality flat screen tv under $200 that is 19-22 inches--720 is fine but want something with the USB and that can be mounted on a wall...
and that will hold up...
Two of the best smaller USB tv's within your price range on the market for this are the...
ViewSonic VG2227wm - 22" - widescreen TFT active matrix LCD display w/ Stereo speakers, USB hub
and the
9IN LCD 1024X600 300:1 DS-90UC USB 2.0 30MS by DoubleSight
I've heard great things about both and they are perfect for your sister's purposes. You're going to have to shop around for the best price however because I'm not aware of any sales or specials deals at the moment.
Use Google Shopping or Pricegrabber to compare prices online.
thanks lev3ra9e---
do you know if the Viewsonic tv would have like a random shuffle presentation or the USB photos would show in order
the double-sight is just small--that is drawback
That I'm not sure. I've never read anything either confirming nor disputing the presence of that feature. I would contact Viewsonic or a local BestBuy.
Good luck!
