This just sounds like a lot of fun! On July 24 the Tennessee Central Railway Museum in Nashville is hosting a "Murder Mystery Excursion Train" that will go from Nashville to Baxter. The 168-mile round trip will be on a 1950s-era sleek streamliner. At the terminus at the DelMonaco Winery, there will be a wine tasting, live music, and food provided by the depot societies of Baxter, Cookeville, and Monterey to help raise money to rebuild the old passenger depots in Baxter and Monterey.

Doesn't that sound like fun?

They had a similar mystery excursion train from Nashville to Watertown last week.

This is a great way to see some beautiful parts of Tennessee and help support a good cause.

That does sound like fun! I've never been to a murder mystery... I think there either is or used to be a place that did them around Sevierville.

Sounds like it's for a good cause too! Wonder if they're doing any more later on? We'll be out of town then.

That looks wonderful! I've always wanted to go to one of those.

Oak Ridge's Secret City Excursion Train sometimes does those, too.
