It has been moons since I went to RM but I remember that then the facilities were gender segregated. Its also been awhile since I have been to NFC (someone needs to get back in shape). It was ok, but they didnt have a pool or sauna.

That makes sence. When I went NFC didnt have a movie room. They did provide day care and different classes and had a tanning bed and juice bar. I wasnt overly impressed, but I really dont enjoy going to a gym.
Im not sure about racquetball. I use to enjoy it but dont think my knees would allow it now.
