Actually, I think Putnam House is condos, I'm not sure. At any rate, if you do a Google search for those complexes you should be able to get some phone numbers.

I've you've got $650/mo. to spend then Chelsea/Cambridge are definitely two of the best in that price range.
And yes, Putnam House is a combination of condos & apartments. Right next to Chelsea Place. Cheaper, but way older. Kept up pretty nice for the most part though.
There are also a ton of duplexes in town if you wanted to go that route. I can think of a brand new one, just finished, north of Chelsea out Fisk Rd.
