Wondering what is the best bank in the Cookeville area. I am looking for a bank that offers all services for personal banking. Hoping to find a bank that may have past 5pm extended hours on some days and Sat. hours. I would also like a bank that has the most multiple locations or atm locations for easy access to $ when out and about.
What bank is the most "popular" bank?
What bank do you use?

Thanks

I know this sounds crazy but we do not have the big Bank of America in Cookeville. Closest is in Sparta.
We really like the service at U.S. Bank but they only have two locations in Cookeville.

Thanks Loonyrich, I actually did some research and phone calls and we decided to go with First TN. They have two big branches in Cookeville and others all over TN which will be great when we are out and about. They also offer all the services we were looking for.

Probably a good choice. We picked Regions when we moved here due to living near a branch, but their office close at 4 PM, drive up @ 5. Coming from an area where most banks are open until 7 or 8 PM, this has been an adjustment.

Be cautious with Regions as they have several fees. I have had good luck with two TN banks. First Tennessee was good but they don't have a branch in Crossville. I changed to First National Bank of TN when I moved to FFG. I recommend either one.

We've had Regions for almost 2 years, never had a fee on our checking account. Good thing is that there are lots of branches around, bad thing is the restricted hours on most branches.

None of those here. Suntrust has a call center here, but no branch

Starting March 1st, Regions will impose service charges on their accounts unless you meet at least one of their requirements. If you're a Regions customer, check it out. Notices of changes are enclosed with bank statements, though most people don't read the enclosures.

Like I said, watch Regions for fees.
