This sign was installed today (Per Ricky Shelton's facebook). I wonder if it's really been worked out or if this is more of a PR move to keep people interested.

New sign out yesterday on Interstate Dr. Ricky Shelton just posted a picture and comment about it on Facebook. Maybe the appeal was denied?

Many will hope a decision has been reached in favor of moving forward with the Shoppes at Eagle Pointe.

The 1/05/2017 documents are the mitigation properties. Hearing must be soon...I remember it to be this month. Didn't notice a hearing date in the most recent uploads.

I think I found a website with the full administrative hearing calendar. However, nothing with that full docket number is even on the calendar. I also searched with the first part, 04.30, which appears to be TDEC cases, just to widen the search. I guess we can hope that maybe something happened behinds the scenes that cancelled the hearing and will allow this puppy to move forward further. Finally.

So last week, I emailed the administrative docket manager about this case and finally got a response back today. Apparently, a hearing on the Motion to Dismiss was held on 11/1/16, but no ruling has been issued. However, there were no other hearings held since then and nothing else is scheduled. So this case is still open. I hope it won't delay the project even further.
