They were in court together last week for a disposition and I was told another court date is scheduled for 4/28/17.

Reads that work begins next month on the mitigating wetlands and not the major development.

No, it's implying work to start on the Shoppes next month. They already have the three properties for the wetland mitigation. They are not developing the wetland properties.

Through all of this, the TDEC permit is still active. Someone I know who was at the hearing a few months ago said the TDEC attorney had some harsh words for Paddock. TDEC is clearly ok with letting this development take place. Anyway, here's the link to the TDEC permit:

The article as stated appears to me to state that wetland restoration begins next month because of where that detail is placed in the article.

They started that back in January. The title of Article is Eagle Point Construction could start in May. The other "developing" wetlands isn't Eagle Point.
