Maybe in the latter part of 2018 we'll have some Publix in time for Christmas. Remember when they mentioned getting started in May?

I do not know why Shoppes at Eagle Point continue to be delayed. The longer it takes in unnecessary litigation, the likelihood of Shoppes at Eagle Point not occurring increases.
A late 2018 opening for a Publix is doable if Shoppes at Eagle Point begins construction before 2017 ends.

I recently heard the property aquisition won't occur until December at a minimum. Developers are dragging and there are contractual issues to work out
